Dates & Times

All classes begin on Monday June 29, 2020 and run every weekday (with the exception of the Canada Day holiday: Wednesday July 1) until Friday July 31, 2020 (the final examination day). The programme hours run from 9:00 to 1:40. Drop-off time each morning is from 8:30 to 8:50, and pick-up time is from 1:40 to 2:00. There is bus service available in the mornings, and afternoon bus service can be arranged as long as enough overall interest is shown.

Thursday January 30, 2020: Registrations are sent home with all students in the High School Division.
Friday January 31, 2020: Registration opens for all courses 8:00 AM
Monday June 29, 2020: Session begins
Wednesday July 1, 2020: Canada Day – school closed
Friday July 31, 2020: Final Examinations (AM), Final Examination Review (PM)

How & When To Register

Registration packages will be sent home with all High School students on Thursday January 30, 2020. Registration for all courses opens on Friday January 31 at 8:00 AM in Mr. Petrosian’s office (room 250) only. Registrations must be submitted directly to Mr. Petrosian and cannot be accepted before Friday January 31. With classes where there are multiple sections, students are assigned to sections on a first-come first-served basis.

Registration packages will be available here starting on Thursday January 30, 2020.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Full refunds are available until May 29, 2020. Refunds less a $525 cancellation fee will be given after May 29, 2020 until June 12, 2020. Refunds cannot be issued after June 12, 2020. Due to current COVID-19 pandemic, cancellation fees are waived at this time. 

What To Bring

All textbooks are provided by the school. Students must bring a binder to organize their notes, and are encouraged to bring a lunch or an appropriate snack each day. The tuition fee is due in full upon registration. A minimum of four students is required in order for a course to be offered.

Mentor College High School Summer Programme offers a wide variety of Grades 9-12 credit courses.

Other high school credit courses will be made available with sufficient enrolment. Please indicate your preference on the course registration form (Ex. Grade 9 Science, Grade 10 History) or contact Mr. Petrosian at the Main Campus at 905-271-3393 or via e-mail at apetrosian@mentorcollege.edu.

All Mentor College school rules and regulations apply to students registered in the summer programme.
